Pokemon

A popular franchise that includes video games, trading cards, TV shows, and movies featuring creatures called Pokemon that have special abilities and can be caught, trained, and battled by humans known as Pokemon Trainers. The term Pokemon is short for Pocket Monsters which reflects the creature's ability to be stored in small devices whereas the concept of the game is catching them all.
