New iPhone 17 Air Leak Suggests Thinnest iPhone Ever

According to a recent leak from serial leaker Majin Bu, the upcoming iPhone 17 Air could be one of the thinnest iPhones ever. The leaked images show the iPhone 17 Air compared to the iPhone 17 Pro, highlighting a significant difference in thickness. While the exact measurements are still speculative, some rumors suggest the iPhone 17 Air could have a total thickness of 9.5mm, including the camera bump, with the body itself being around 5.5mm thick.

This would make it approximately half as thick as the current-generation iPhone 16 Pro Max, which measures 8.25mm in thickness. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has also predicted a 5.5mm thickness for the slimline model.

Despite these reports, it's important to note that official details from Apple are yet to be confirmed, and the final specifications may differ as launch approaches in fall 2025.
