A survey conducted for SellCell involving Apple and Samsung smartphone owners found that AI features like Apple Intelligence are not impressive to most consumers. Approximately 73% of respondents said they either cared more about other features or that AI features added 'little to no value.' The timing of the survey may have skewed the results, as major AI features were released after the survey closed.
