April 2025 Update for Pixel Watch

Google has rolled out an April 2025 update for the Pixel Watch, Pixel Watch 2, and Pixel Watch 3. This update is based on Wear OS 5.1 and Android 15, with the build number BP1A.250305.019.W7. The update appears to be primarily a bug fix, addressing issues such as delayed notifications that some users have experienced.

To initiate the update, users can tap the 'Your watch is up to date' screen in the settings multiple times or disable Bluetooth to force a Wi-Fi connection. Google has moved to quarterly updates for the Pixel Watch, with the next major update scheduled for June 2025. Smaller patches like this one are still possible between major updates.

Additionally, Google recently introduced new features through app updates, such as Scam Detection and updated app icons on Wear OS Tiles.
