Delta Emulator Adds Online Multiplayer for Nintendo DS Games

Delta, a popular console game emulator, has released version 1.7, which introduces online multiplayer support for Nintendo DS games. This feature allows users to play classic DS titles like Mario Kart DS, Pokémon, and Animal Crossing in an online environment using community-hosted servers, as the official Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection (WFC) servers were shut down in 2014.

Key features of Delta 1.7 include:

  • Online Multiplayer: Choose from various alternative WFC servers directly within the settings.
  • Enhanced Emulation: Improved performance for Nintendo 64 games.
  • Resolution Upscaling: Users can increase the resolution and apply custom texture packs.
  • Screenshot Functionality: Quick screenshot options have been added.
  • Bug Fixes: Numerous bugs have been addressed to enhance stability.

Delta 1.7 is available on the AltStore PAL for EU users and will soon be released worldwide on the App Store. The emulator can be downloaded for free.
