Apple has released the second public beta updates for several of its software platforms, including iPadOS 18.4, macOS 15.4, tvOS 18.4, and others. Key new features in this beta include seven additional emoji options like a face with bags under eyes, fingerprint, leafless tree, root vegetable, harp, shovel, and splatter. The Shortcuts app has been enhanced with more actions to modify settings within Apple apps, providing better integration with Siri's capabilities. A new Talk to Siri control has been added to Control Center on iPadOS 18.4, complementing the existing Type to Siri option. Users can now pause App Store downloads temporarily. For Apple TV 4K users, a plus button has been added to the top carousel in the TV app for quick addition of shows and movies to the watchlist.
