Google's 'Hold Close to Cast' Feature Rolling Out for UWB Pixel Phones and Tablet

Google is rolling out a new feature called 'Hold close to cast' for UWB Pixel phones and the Pixel Tablet, allowing users to transfer media between devices by simply reaching their phone toward the tablet. This feature leverages Ultra-Wideband technology and requires a Pro-tier Pixel phone and a docked Pixel Tablet on the same private Wi-Fi network. To enable this tap-to-cast feature, users need to update to version 24.42.32 of Google Play services and go to Settings > Google > All services > Cast options.
