Google is working on a new feature called 'Shielded Email' that will allow users to hide their actual email addresses from Android apps. Similar to Apple's Hide My Email feature, Shielded Email will create unique, random email addresses that forward to the user's personal inbox. This feature aims to protect users from online tracking and data breaches. It is currently unknown whether Google will charge for this service.
