Apple has been granted a victory by a jury in Delaware who ruled that two of Masimo's smartwatches and chargers willfully violated Apple's patent rights in smartwatch designs, according to Reuters. The jury awarded Apple $250 in damages. Apple previously accused Masimo's W1 and Freedom watches of copying the design of the Apple Watch. However, the jury also found that these same products did not infringe on Apple patents covering specific inventions within the Apple Watch.
