The app, which is designed to integrate seamlessly into anything you're doing on your computer, was built to be native to the Mac and offers an easy keyboard shortcut (Option + Space) to launch it from anywhere. Users can interact with the chatbot through text or Voice Mode, and GPT-4o's new audio and video capabilities will be available in the future. The ChatGPT app for macOS is available for free download on OpenAI’s website.
