The Oura Ring 4 is a new version of the smart ring that is slimmer, more comfortable, and provides more complete and accurate measurements. It features recessed sensors, a lightweight titanium design, and is available in twelve sizes and six colors. The Black finish has been updated for improved durability and a deeper black look. Data collection is enhanced with Smart Sensing, which improves signal quality for blood oxygen sensing and accuracy of breathing disturbance index and heart rate measurements.
