Google TV has expanded its catalog of free channels available through the homescreen, now offering over 1,100. The "Live" tab on the Google TV homescreen allows users to access ad-supported live streaming content via select services. Google's own service, Freeplay, contains roughly 160 total channels, and combined with partners Pluto TV, Plex, HayStack News, and Tubi, there are 1,134 channels available.
