With the release of the Pixel 9, Google introduced a new feature that allows users to copy data from another device after completing the initial setup process. This functionality is set to expand to more Android devices in 2025 as part of ongoing improvements to the Android Switch experience. The process will allow users to quickly complete their initial setup and transfer their data at a later time, either directly from Settings or through the Android Switch app, which is now available on both iOS and Android.
