In a video uploaded by developer nyan_satan, it was shown that the adapter, which includes a basic version of iOS and a system-on-chip processor, can process and display the game. This feat required bypassing Apple's restrictions on accessory usage. The video demonstrates both audio and visual output from the game when connected to a Mac. Doom has been ported to many unconventional devices over the years due to its low hardware requirements, including the MacBook Pro Touch Bar and even Microsoft Word.
