Siri Gains Eyes: iOS 18.2 Integrates ChatGPT for Enhanced Visual Assistance
Apple has released the first developer beta of iOS 18.2, which integrates ChatGPT into Siri allowing users to ask for details about what they're seeing on their device's screen.
The first developer beta of iOS 18.2 has been released and includes many new features, including the integration of ChatGPT into Siri. This allows users to ask Siri for details about what they’re seeing on their device’s screen, which Siri will then upload a screenshot of to ChatGPT for context and answers. However, this feature is currently only available for devices compatible with Apple Intelligence or those running iOS 18.2 beta. In addition to ChatGPT integration, the update also includes Image Playground, Genmoji, and a redesigned Mail app.
