SwitchBot, known for their Find My wallet finder, introduces the SwitchBot Roller Shade, an affordable smart roller shade compatible with Apple Home via the Matter integration when used with the SwitchBot Hub 2. The shades are customizable in width (22.8 inches to 72.8 inches), easily replaceable, and can be integrated into home automations through the Apple Home app. They operate wirelessly on an internal battery for up to eight months or with a solar panel for continuous use. The SwitchBot Roller Shade is priced at $199 but currently has a discount of over $70 available.
