Solve the Annoying 'App is Accessing Your Screen' Bug in macOS Sequoia 15.2
This article discusses a recurring bug in macOS Sequoia 15.2 that causes frequent notifications about screen access by apps like Zoom or other video-conferencing applications. The issue arises due to the incorrect writing of a timestamp in a hidden preference file, leading to repeated notifications. Two methods are provided to resolve this problem: upgrading to macOS 15.3, which should fix the bug, and manually deleting the ScreenCaptureApprovals.plist file using Terminal. A simpler but riskier method involves changing the system date to a future year, such as 2050, to stop the notifications from appearing again.
