SongCapsule Quiz Adds New Rules and Artist Playlists

SongCapsule Quiz, a game inspired by iPod’s Music Quiz, has received an update with version 1.2, introducing several changes to enhance the gaming experience:

  • New Level Progression Rule: Players must complete all levels in a playlist before they can replay previous ones, encouraging continuous progression.
  • Level-Specific Points: Points are now only valid for each specific level and do not carry over to the next.
  • Game Center Competition: Only the most difficult levels count for points on Game Center leaderboards, ensuring fair competition.
  • New Artist Playlists: Four new artist playlists have been added: Britney Spears, Lana Del Rey, Sabrina Carpenter, and The Weeknd.
  • Playlist Visibility: All Sorcererhat-curated playlists are now visible by default, with the option to hide unwanted ones in settings.
  • Removed Apple Music Requirement: The game no longer requires an Apple Music subscription but offers a direct link to subscribe within the app.

SongCapsule Quiz is available for free on the App Store, with a paid premium tier that unlocks additional features.
