YouTube has prompted Apple to remove Juno, a third-party YouTube client built for Apple Vision Pro, from the App Store. The app was a basic web view for YouTube that didn't alter content beyond aesthetics to make it appear visionOS native. It is unclear why YouTube would go after such a client, as there were no ad blockers or suggestions in the app that it was official or affiliated with YouTube. With Juno gone, questions have been raised about other similar YouTube clients built for Apple Vision Pro.
