Google continues to build its lead on Apple Intelligence as it brings Gemini AI-based searches to iOS devices
Google has expanded its Gemini AI-based search feature to iOS devices, allowing Google Workspace users on iPhones and iPads to utilize the service within Gmail. Initially introduced to Android in August, this move accelerates Google's lead over Apple Intelligence, Apple's own AI effort that is still in beta testing as part of the iOS 18.1 update.
