AirPods Pro lawsuit claims Apple did not fix the crackles and ANC issues
A new class action lawsuit claims that Apple's AirPods Pro service program didn't fix the crackling sounds and Active Noise Cancellation faults, affecting all Gen 1 headphones regardless of manufacture date.

In 2020, Apple acknowledged that some AirPods Pro units suffered from crackling sounds and faults in the Active Noise Cancellation feature. The company launched a recall program for models made before October 2020. However, a new class action lawsuit claims this isn't true and says the company’s own actions confirm this. The law firm claims that Apple was well aware of this, as it extended the program by a further year.
