Apple accused of suppressing employee discussions on pay equity by US Labor Board

The US National Labor Relations Board has accused Apple management of illegally deterring employee discussions on pay and bias issues. The issue is part of a broader anti-union campaign by the company. The board also accuses Apple of forcing engineer Cher Scarlett to quit after attempting to post an online survey about pay, experience levels, and other information about employees at thecompany. In addition, the tech giant is accused of barring workers from creating a channel on the workplace messaging app Slack in order to discuss pay inequities and performance incentives.
