Apple Broadcomm partnership may result AI-focused server processors

Apple is reportedly working with Broadcom on a new processor design codenamed Baltra for its AI servers. The partnership could involve Broadcom providing one of several chiplets that make up the final processor. This move would reduce manufacturing complexity while allowing Apple to keep its overall design confidential. The new processor is expected to be released in 2026.
