Apple Expands Apple Intelligence to 11 New Languages in April

Apple Intelligence, an advanced feature initially limited to US English, is set to expand its language support in April 2025. The new languages include French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (simplified), English (Singapore), and English (India). This expansion is expected to coincide with the release of iOS 18.4, though this version has not yet entered beta testing. Apple plans to continue adding more languages throughout the year, although Vietnamese is the only one explicitly mentioned as a future addition. The company's localization efforts for Apple Intelligence are complex and sometimes involve collaborations with local firms.
