- Hearing Aid Mode: For users with mild to moderate hearing loss, the AirPods Pro 2 can act as a clinical-grade hearing aid. A custom hearing profile is created based on the test results, enhancing conversations and environmental awareness.
The hearing profile also applies to music, movies, games, and phone calls across all devices without additional settings changes. These features are accessible within the AirPods settings on iOS and may require an AirPods firmware update for activation.
