Apple Music Classical, a specialized service for classical music lovers, has now expanded its reach to the web. This move allows users to access the extensive catalog of over 5 million tracks and 50 million datapoints directly from their desktops. Anjali Malhotra, Global Director of Apple Music Classical, highlights the app's mission to make great classical recordings accessible to a global audience. The web version includes optimizations for classical music search, such as searching by composer, work, conductor, orchestra, instrument, or opus number. It also offers high-resolution lossless and Spatial Audio, expertly curated playlists, detailed composer biographies, and over 50 thousand booklets with in-depth liner notes and translations. The service is included with a standard Apple Music subscription or the Apple One bundle and can be accessed at this link.
