Apple News to Track Live Election Results on iPhone Lock Screens

Apple News will introduce Live Activities to track election results live on iPhone users' Lock Screens and Apple Watches through an interactive widget that launches the latest election coverage. The Dynamic Island will continually show the electoral count for each candidate. To activate the US election results Live Activity, users can follow banners in Apple News or open the 'Election 2024' Special Coverage section.
