Apple has recently emailed users about changes to the terms and conditions for Apple Pay and Wallet, but the changes have been in effect since September. The updated terms include simplified language, information about Apple Payments Services LLC, and standard assignment provisions. A privacy notice dated September 2024 was also included in the email.
