Apple ramps up Apple Intelligence features in new betas for iOS, iPadOS, macOS

Apple moves on to a new generation of betas for iOS 18.2, iPadOS 18.2, and macOS Sequoia 15.2, focusing on testing more Apple Intelligence features.

Apple has restarted its beta program with new builds of iOS 18.2, iPadOS 18.2, and macOS Sequoia 15.2. These releases include a range of new features as part of the second wave of Apple Intelligence improvements. This includes APIs for Writing Tools and Genmoji (emoji creation), an Image Playground feature for generating images via prompts, ChatGPT integration in Siri, and Visual Intelligence queries using the iPhone camera for iPhone 16 owners. The availability of Apple Intelligence will also expand to five new English-speaking regions.
