Apple to Announce 2025 Swift Student Challenge Winners
Apple will announce the winners of the 2025 Swift Student Challenge on March 27, with the top prize being an all-inclusive three-day trip to Apple Park. The challenge is designed for students over 13 years old who are enrolled in academic institutions or homeschooling and not employed as full-time developers.
Participants must submit an interactive app playground scene that can be experienced within three minutes, functions offline, and does not exceed 25MB in size. The submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, social impact, and inclusivity. Apple will select 350 winners, with 50 of them recognized as 'Distinguished Winners' for their exceptional creativity.
All 350 winners will receive a one-year membership to the Apple Developer program, an opportunity to take the Swift certification exam, AirPods Max, and a personalized certificate from Apple. The submission window opened on February 3, and the WWDC keynote is scheduled for June 9.
