Apple TV+ lands groundbreaking film from Deaf actor and advocate Nyle DiMarco

Apple TV+ has secured the rights to an upcoming film titled "Deaf President Now!" which tells the story of a protest at Gallaudet University that led to the school's first Deaf president. The documentary is directed by Deaf actor, filmmaker, and advocate Nyle DiMarco alongside David Guggenheim. The film features exclusive interviews with key figures of the movement and incorporates an experimental narrative approach called Deaf Point of View to immerse audiences in the Deaf experience.
