Additionally, Apple plans to double its US Advanced Manufacturing Fund, create a manufacturing academy in Michigan, and increase research and development across the country, particularly in silicon engineering, software development, and AI. As part of this initiative, Apple will commit $10 billion to skills development, including a significant investment in TSMC's Fab 21 plant in Arizona.
