Apple Vision Pro Embraces Apple Intelligence: A Leap into the Future of Augmented Reality

Apple Vision Pro Receives Apple Intelligence with visionOS 2.4
Apple has released visionOS 2.4 for the Apple Vision Pro, bringing a suite of Apple Intelligence features that were initially unveiled nine months ago. This update includes Writing Tools, Priority Notifications, and Image Playground. The M2 processor in the Vision Pro has long supported these features, but they were not prioritized due to the small user base.
Key Updates:
- Spatial Gallery App: A new app that showcases a variety of content optimized for Apple Vision Pro, including 3D videos, behind-the-scenes media from MLS and Apple TV+, and spatial photos.
- Improved Guest Mode: Easier controls for managing shared display views and guest mode settings.
- Bug Fixes and Enhancements: Various bug fixes and performance improvements.
Notable Exclusions:
- Siri's animation remains unchanged, without the rainbow effect seen on other Apple devices.
- Writing Tools and other elements have a visionOS UI style when used with native apps.
visionOS 2.4 is available now and will install automatically overnight or can be manually installed through Settings > General > Software Update.
