Apple's M4 Mac mini Becomes the Company's First Carbon Neutral Mac
Apple has announced its first carbon neutral Mac, the redesigned M4 Mac mini. The new Mac mini is made with over 50% recycled content and uses 100% renewable electricity for manufacturing. Apple has invested in clean energy projects to address emissions from customers using the product. The company also reduced emissions from transportation by prioritizing lower-carbon modes of shipping. For any remaining emissions, high-quality carbon credits are used from nature-based projects.
