According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple is reportedly working on multiple versions of the next-generation Studio Display. The second generation model, codenamed J427, is set for release in 2026. Additionally, there's another monitor in development, codenamed J527, which could either be a third-generation Studio Display or a variant with different specifications. The exact nature of the J527 display remains unclear, but its codename suggests it might have a 27-inch screen. Gurman notes that Apple is taking time to develop these displays, possibly exploring multiple options for the second generation model.
