Apple's Secret Police Summits: Building Bridges with Law Enforcement
Apple has been working to build bridges with law enforcement through secret 'Global Police Summits' and other projects, changing the company's previously combative relationship with police.

Apple has been working to build bridges with law enforcement through hosting behind-closed-doors conferences for police agencies from across the world at its Cupertino headquarters. These 'Global Police Summit' events have been held twice in the last five years, with the most recent one taking place in October 2023. Employees from around 50 police departments globally, with representation from seven countries, have attended.
