    Apple’s First Major Product Launch of 2025 Imminent Apple is set to debut its first new product of the year on Wednesday, February 19th, as announced by CEO Tim Cook via tweet. The most likely candidate for this launch is a new iPhone SE model, which is expected to feature a 6.1-inch OLED display, USB-C charging, a 48MP rear camera, and Face ID. This device will also serve as the testbed for Apple’s first in-house 5G modem. There are speculative rumors suggesting it might be named the iPhone 16E.
Other Potential Announcements
While the new iPhone SE is the most probable, other products like a refreshed MacBook Air with the M4 chip, an iPad 11th gen with the A17 Pro chip, and an iPad Air M3 with a new Magic Keyboard are also on track for early-year launches. However, these are more likely to be announced later in the spring.
What Not to Expect
Several other highly anticipated products, such as the AirTag 2, HomePad smart home hub, M4 Ultra Mac Studio, and Mac Pro, are not expected to launch this week. These will likely debut at different points throughout the year, with some being announced at WWDC this summer.
