Beats Breaks Barrier with Android in Ad for ‘Universally Compatible’ USB-C Cables

Beats Showcases Android in Ad for 'Universally Compatible' Cables
Beats, a brand owned by Apple, has introduced its first-ever USB-C cables, which are being marketed as 'universally compatible.' These cables come in three variants: USB-C to USB-C, USB-C to USB-A, and USB-C to Lightning. They offer a soft-woven build, fast charging support, and a range of colors, including a signature 'Rapid Red.' The cables are designed with an anti-fray feature.
In a notable move, Beats has released an ad featuring a fake Android phone alongside other devices, promoting the universal compatibility of these cables. This is a rare occurrence, as Apple typically avoids showing Android devices in its advertisements. However, Beats, being more open to Android users, supports Google's Fast Pair standard.
The ad highlights the 'universally compatible' nature of the USB-C cables, which can be attributed to Apple adopting USB-C on the iPhone 15 series due to EU regulations. The cables are now available for purchase starting at $18.99.
