Brad Pitt Races F1 in Apple TV+ Summer Blockbuster, Trailer Debuts
Apple TV+ is set to make a big splash this summer with its theatrical release of F1, a high-octane film starring Brad Pitt and directed by Joseph Kosinski, the director behind Top Gun: Maverick. The official trailer for F1 has just been released, giving fans a first look at the story of Sonny Hayes (Brad Pitt), a former Formula 1® prodigy who is recruited to save a struggling F1® team led by his old teammate Ruben Cervantes (Javier Bardem).
Sonny's return to the track pits him against the team’s young talent, Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris), and forces him to confront his past as he seeks redemption. The film is set for a theatrical release on June 27, with an Apple TV+ debut to follow later in the year. F1 is expected to be a major summer blockbuster, combining high-stakes racing with personal drama.
