CardioBot Updates with Activity Coaching and Interactive Charts for Smarter Health Insights

CardioBot's latest update introduces Activity Coaching, which uses heart rate data to provide personalized workout insights and stress management tips.

CardioBot Health App Update Brings Activity Coaching and Enhanced Charts CardioBot, a health app for iPhone and Apple Watch, has released version 7.2 with significant new features. The standout addition is 'Activity Coaching,' which provides personalized insights based on workout intensity and heart rate recovery, guided by American Heart Association research. This helps users understand when to push harder or ease up during workouts.

Another key feature is the analysis of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to monitor stress levels and provide lifestyle recommendations for long-term health benefits. The app also introduces fully interactive charts that offer deeper insights into sleep, recovery, and overall well-being.

Additional updates include Home and Lock Screen widgets for quick access to health data. CardioBot is described as an all-in-one solution for monitoring heart rate and daily activities, using color-coded charts to display different heart rate levels and averages at a glance.

CardioBot can be downloaded from the App Store for free, with a subscription model of $9.99 per month or $29.99 per year. The app requires iOS 17 or later on an iPhone and watchOS 10 or later on an Apple Watch.
