OpenAI has launched a new experimental feature that allows users to access ChatGPT via WhatsApp using the phone number 1-800-ChatGPT (1-800-242-8478). This option is available to users with a US or Canada phone number and does not require an account. However, there are some limitations, such as no search functionality, image chat, or memory usage, and the knowledge base is limited to information up until October 2023.
