Discover Michelin-Starred Eateries with the New Apple Maps Update
Apple Maps Adds Michelin Reviews to Enhance Dining and Travel Experiences
Starting from May 14, 2025, Apple Maps in the United States will integrate Michelin reviews to help users find fine-dining restaurants. This update allows users to search for Michelin-starred, Green Star, and Bib Gourmand establishments, view expert rankings and descriptions, and even book reservations directly through the app.
In addition to restaurant listings, Apple Maps will also provide more information about Michelin Key hotels, including direct booking options. Future updates will include insights from The Infatuation and Golf Digest, as well as the ability for golfers to book tee times through Supreme Golf.
This enhancement to Apple Maps is part of a broader effort to enrich user experiences in travel and dining, complementing other initiatives such as an upcoming food documentary on Apple TV+ titled 'Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars,' executive-produced by Gordon Ramsay.
