Disney Unveils Plans for All-New ESPN Streaming Service, Set to Launch This Fall

Disney has announced new details about its upcoming ESPN streaming service, which is set to launch in early fall of 2025. CEO Bob Iger confirmed that the service will be housed within the existing ESPN app and will offer a comprehensive suite of ESPN networks and ESPN+ content, making it an all-in-one destination for sports fans. The platform will also feature highly interactive and personalized elements, though specifics have not been disclosed. Pricing details are yet to be announced but are expected closer to the launch date. Disney has already introduced an ESPN tile in its Disney+ app, which currently features free content and access to ESPN+ for subscribers. This new service aims to provide cord cutters with a complete ESPN experience via streaming.
