DJs Get Ready: Apple Music Unleashes Full Catalog for Pro Mixing on iOS and Beyond

Transforming the DJ scene: Apple Music now seamlessly integrates with top DJ hardware and software, offering instant access to a vast library of over 100 million tracks.

Professional DJs Can Now Use Apple Music Tracks Directly

Apple has introduced a new integration feature called 'DJ with Apple Music,' allowing professional DJ hardware and software to leverage Apple Music's vast catalog across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. This move is part of Apple Music’s commitment to supporting DJs by seamlessly connecting its service with leading industry tools from companies such as AlphaTheta, Serato, InMusic's Engine DJ, Denon DJ, Numark, and Rane DJ.

The integration provides instant access to over 100 million songs, making it easier for DJs to discover and play music in real time. Additionally, Apple Music subscribers can enjoy curated playlists tailored for various genres, such as 'AlphaTheta Electronic' and 'Serato Latin Heat.'

Algoriddim CEO Karim Morsy emphasized the significance of this integration, stating that it opens up a world of creative possibilities for both beginners and seasoned professionals. The Djay Pro app, which has been available on iOS and now supports Apple Vision Pro, is a key component of this new feature.

Apple Music's subscription starts at $10.99 per month for individual users and $16.99 per month for families. Despite not increasing the price since 2022, Apple Music continues to be one of the leading streaming services in terms of payments to musicians.
