The October 2024 Pixel Drop brings new features for all devices, while a lot ofthings introduced on the Pixel 9 are coming to older devices. This includes anAstrophotography mode in Night Sight, underwater photography and videofor the Pixel 9 series, and updates to various apps like Gmail for Wear OSand Instagram.
The October 2024 Pixel Drop brings new features for all devices, as well as some exclusive ones for the Pixel 9 series. Highlights include a Gemini Extension for Screenshots on the Pixel 9, underwater scene detection and photography enhancements for the Pixel 9 series, and an expansion of existing features to older devices such as Pixel Weather coming to Pixel 6 and newer devices, Night Sight being available in Instagram for Pixel 6 and newer (except A-Series), and more.
