The second developer preview of Android 16 is now available, with a number of new features and changes. These include a note-taking chat head, screen-off fingerprint unlock, and a Bluetooth battery ring. Several issues have been resolved in this update, such as a fix for narrow Settings toggles and an issue causing the Terminal app to display an error on launch.
