Google is rolling out an update to the Fitbit Ace LTE that adds two new types of chats and other features to the app. Family Chat creates a conversation for members in your Google Family, while Sibling Chat allows for direct messaging andcalling on the device.

There's also a new bottom navigation bar on the companion app called "Quests." This feature lets you join family quests or do daily quests aimed at teaching kids about topics like sleep hygiene to nutrition. A Thanksgiving-themed quest is available this November 21-December 4, where kids can complete tasks to collect items for their virtual Thanksgiving dinner.

Watch faces and a new on-device game are also part of the update. The Solar Sword game involves swinging to save a village, while two new noodle watchfaces (Huey + Ziggle) are available.
