FOX Unveils New Streaming Service, Taps Former Apple TV+ Vet Pete Distad as CEO

Distad brings extensive experience in video, sports, and global distribution, having worked at Apple from 2013 to 2023, where he held various leadership roles. Despite the cancellation of Venu Sports, a joint venture that was halted due to a lawsuit, FOX is confident in Distad’s capabilities to build a unique and appealing streaming experience for viewers.
