Galaxy S25 Ultra Starts at 12GB of RAM, Lower Than Pixel
The Galaxy S25 Ultra will reportedly still start at 12GB of RAM, which is less than the base model Pixel 9 Pro, as Samsung's AI-focused 'Ultra' smartphone model shows no increase in memory from its predecessor.

Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra will reportedly still feature 12GB of RAM in its base model, despite the company's heavy focus on AI features which often require more memory. The smartphone is expected to be released in late January and will come with three configuration variants: 12GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB. Google's Pixel 9 range offers 16GB of RAM across its Pro models.
