Get ready for iPhone 16 pre-orders: How to prep and breeze through the process

The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro are set to go up for pre-order on Friday, following today’s announcement. To make the process easier, Apple has introduced features in the Apple Store app and online allowing customers to pick their configuration options, get trade-in quotes, check upgrade eligibility and authorize their payment method ahead of time. Pre-orders will officially open on September 13th at 8am ET.
